Notification Prior to the Service- We will give a courtesy reminder call the night before service.
Decrease in Pest Activity- if you are on the regular maintenance service, you can expect the pest population in and around your property to markedly decrease. There are certain occasions when insects already have a stronghold in the interior of your structure, and our products act as flushing agents. In these cases it might be common to see some bugs for the first 5-7 days after the service. If you are on a regular maintenance service and ever need us to retreat between your regular service days, there is no additional charge. Our services are guaranteed, and we can usually be there by the next day.
Convenience- most of the time you do not even need to be present for us to service your property. On your regular maintenance treatment, the exterior is normally the only area we need to treat, so as long as pets are secured and entry is provided, you don't need to be there.
Safety- our technicians are trained in a rigorous training program on safety and proper pesticide application. All are licensed by the state and will put your safety as their number one priority.
